I went with Chris down to Brands Hatch for a ZSOC track day/evening. It was pretty awesome to say the least! There was a huge amount of cars there, all from ZS's to, elise's to Cossie powered '7' type kit cars, there was even a Nissan GT-R which had been modified for a man who had no legs/no use of his legs, and he was pushing it hard around the track!!
The first bend/hill is quite shockingly steep. I often watch touring cars and superbikes thrash it down there and the camera angles - even in car, don't do it justice IMO. If you have the balls do go in there fast and know where the apex is on entry, you can carry a lot of speed down there, but it's having them balls to do it to start with
Anyway, we went out quite a lot around the track, Chris loved it! So I know he will be doing more track days in the future!
I didn't go photo-tastic but during the couple of the times I wasn't out on track with Chris I got a few shots of various cars on track.
When we arrived, the BMW motorsport team was there with some little Formula BMW cars blasting around the track which was quite cool to watch, only got 1 decent snap of them going around.
