I've got two of the following brake upgrade kits
The kit will include
Rs2000 / xr3i 260mm front brakes discs and pads nearly new
Rs2000 / xr3i disc'd rear beam
Escort master cylinder and servo ( larger than fiesta )
£200 each kit
