Hi, can anybody help me?

I need some bodywork doing, namely a bonnet respray and the wheel arches derusting (they havent blown through) im fitting rs/xr skirts and arches and thse will need spraying aswell.
I also need some plates welded in under the door rubbers (usual spot on fiestas)

I have the paint (is noveau red really pearlecent?) thinners, primer etc.

problem is i live in a small town and the two bodyshops that exist are asking ?500, this i think is a rip off, or am i just being tightfisted??

oh yeah dont buy replica arches/skirts from rjm, they are mishaped and take about a month to arrive, the scrappy sold me some genuines for ?20.

i paid 500 for arches and skirts to be put on and sprayed also had rust sorted on 3 of the wheel arches and in the door so it's bout right
