		<td colspan="2"><hr class="sep" />As Ry said in the other post - it's a bit of a blackhole. It was made and deleted during the creation of FSi, but for some reason still shows up on the lists of forums in certain drop down menu's.

<br />It's not even on the admin forum panel so we can't get rid of it <img src="./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /> It's a bug in phpbb <img src="./images/smilies/smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" />
