If you take some time my good friend,

and read some of the posts on this forum about squeeky engines (squeeky plastic ideller if i remember correctly),

squeeky brakes (just strip them out and apply plenty of copper slip),

dont do anything that will put you in any legal position with any company, theres no point.

the most i would do is make a proper complain, try to get the locking wheel nut key, if they haven't one, ask that they remove the old lockign wheel bolts for free and you will forget the rest.

As depending on those locking wheel nut/bolt heads you may struggle..

edit- in reply to original post:
to remove it, put sunroof into uppermost position and push small plastic lug/plastic red... device catch thingymabob , yeh push it and away and the sunroof should be free from the raising mech. then simply bring it up to around 75-80 degree angle with the roof and pull it upwards and out.. warm soapy water on rubber works nicely.. or a new seal from ford prob wont break the bank

The problems you have arent really serious though, nothing that cant be sorted with a bit of time and effort :wink:

As for the sunroof, as Dookie said, try taking it off, cleaning it up, and refitting it, may well do the trick :)
