i always get that problem about every 3-4 months or so but my last set r lasting out longer than before, i once didn't know what was wrong with my car and knarckered wishbones can b very dangerous as i found out on a country lane just over a year and a half ago 
now i take no chances get them changed straight away

Ohhh nasty stuff.... mine pulls left and right sometimes but only since ive put alloys on it though any ideas why?? and should i be worried lol

No you shouldn't be worried, you have wider tyres on there now, so you're bound to get a bit of tramlining. My lower arms got so bad at one stage, if you accelerated a bit on the motorway, the car would try to go left and when you let off it it would head over to the right, all this whilst the steering wheel was dead centre.
