Am thinking about putting new discs and pads on the front of my Si to help it sell as they need doing. These look almost too cheap, anyone used them before and would they fit? |

I have to say, my Fiesta had new brakes all round (new discs, pads and calipers on the front, and the rear had new cylinders, shoes and was refurbed) and the brakes were more than adequate for even a 2ltr. When that setup was put on there the Fiesta's brakes were alot better than the Pulsars brakes, and that has discs all round. So I have no idea where people are coming from in saying the standard brakes are crap. Because they aren't. IF you look after them and renew when needed. Sure if you compare them to a Cossie setup, they may be deemed worse, but there's no way they will struggle to stop a Fiesta. |
