well it is a left hooker, and by looking at the reg flag on the side of the reg plate its from Portugal i'm sure there was another post last year about foreign si's called gt's but as u can see from the pics it has si' badges on it and it does have power steering of which all si's have but so do many of the late mk3.5 fiestas, mayb in portugal ford made a smaller engine for the si by using a 1.3 pushrod overhead valve unit |

What do you mean by the size of the wheel 
All Mk3.5's have those wheels with the airbag, but not all of them have power steering. |

Some of the 1.1s didnt have it, but they have a larger wheel and also didn't come with an airbag as standard so wouldn't have that kind of wheel. |
