Hello guys. Are we going to be doing another RR day soon.. as in around Febuary / March time? I'm interested to see what my Si is pushing out before I change the ECU on it. |

I'd be up for this too actually seeing as I'll have the new engine in there and wouldn't mind seeing what bhp it's putting out ![]() |

If we were to do Monster Motorsport again like last time.. us 3 would struggle with getting on the setup I think ![]() Although it was a good setup and I would like to go back there. Although shame the exhaust notes are drowned out by the fan at the front ![]() |

We could look at another venue. I must admit though I much prefer to have my car cooled down better by the fan than let the car overheat. All that extra contact patch on the tyres from the rollers is putting the car under more strain that normal so like the fact that its cooled compared to somewhere like StreetRacers. I could do Feb time, or later in March/Early April may be better for me personally. You know me, I'm always up for an RR day ![]() ![]() |

I won't be willing to go any further south than the pervious ones, but by all means if people want to do a southern one instead then fine lol |

If a southern one goes down then we could do a northern one,i know of a place called re perfermance that seem to be well set up. Theyre mentioned in ff mag (or pf, cant remember) of list of rolling roads) |

Ha ha, was quite funny for me ast time. Its worth considering if peoples reasons for not going are "id go if it was further north/south" which is understandable because for some its a trek an half to then have the bollocks of their car revved lol. |

Southern and northern RR days then compare? Might work, as I do feel the 3-4 hour drive makes it hard to budget for! |

Post subject: | Re: RR Day 2012 |
If its a split Fsi southern northern thing I wont bother and just go locally on my own. Edit Let me elaborate, this has been the same argument each time. We always have it at a medium, meaning every has to travel abit (some more than others I know) But the problem with this place now is this southern northern divide which is fine, but for days like this see it as an Fsi day. Like sixfields, like the shows. I for one, and others always make effort to drive half way across the country to make events. And it boils my piss when people can't be willing to make effort. So I might as well just go to busy sixfields meets and the shows this year. |

I do think making it a bigger event can help, ie rolling road followed by, santa pod/go karting/sixfields etc. |

Post subject: | Re: RR Day 2012 |
id be bother but it costs me about £100 just to get to silverstone and fitp, thats simply is not worth it for a rolling road day as persy said a more eventful day would be better, and more inviting |
