This is my mate IMSYs new car which he will be racing in next years Scottish Saloon Car Championship, and at numerous events through the year at RSOC track events

It was on the rollers on Thursday nite getting checked out and having the MAP altered to ensure it was all working sound and safe

It was set up by Russ Paton of Performance HQ who is a genuis when it comes to MOTEC management, very very clever man, and happy to explain things in easy to understand logic

Car made 498 bhp At the Wheels @7800 rpm on the pump fuel map, Russ recons theres another 60 bhp if run on the race fuel map which has 3 degrees more ignition and revs to 8000rpm

That would make the car over 600bhp , and on the big map 670 bhp, its an animal

Cars going to Knockhill on Sunday to a track day, and IMSY has kindly offered me a shot of the car , i cannae wait

car looks awesome. can you just explain the figures though. is it a typo or am i just not understanding how the figures work. It said 498hp but could get another 60 out of it which makes it over 600 possibly up to 670?

I'm jealous. Only thing that would make it better for me if it were standard looking with xr arches (not that it would be possible or a good idea)

On Optimax ( pump fuel) the car made 498 bhp @ the wheels which accordihng to the operator is 608 bhp @ the flywheel

On race fuel or Optimax with 20% Methanol the car would be 558bhp @ the wheels or 668 bhp @ the flywheel

I was out in the car today , and let me tell you ive never sat in ANYTHING as fast, its an absolute animal, videos coming soon if yous guys want to see them?

that is quite possibly the quickest fiesta in the world, but there is some major competition for that title, like ken blocks gymkhana 3 fiesta 5 door, or the HFHV, or the fiesta that actually beat ken's fiesta which is a rally cross fiesta, both of which are mental and super wide!! i would like to see a race between all the fastest fiestas in the world that would be an awesome mag feature for fast ford or performance ford!!

lets change the name... Quickest MK3 Fiesta in the world?

The white ESCOS is my mate Andy " MAD MAC" MAckie, and the Subaru is another mate wee Rab, who had just bought the Subaru and first time out on trcak with it, and blew the turbo up on it. Hed just sold his Corsa Turbo to buy this as wanted 4 wheel drive

The Fiesta is by far the quickest car ive ever sat in, unbeliiiiieeevable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didnt have a drive in it, as I was scared of it
