I really am considered selling both cars and getting rusty novas which I would give a shit about. In short somebody has decided to take a key (or such like) to the focus, so we have deep scratches on 2 doors and a rear quarter. Is there anything I can do to sort this out? When a say deep I find them easily on touch alone, it looks white underneath so I thinks it down to primer. Its worrying as it was parked outside a school and there really is no reason why somebody would do this. I am starting to wonder why we are bothering, it seems that whenever you have something nice somebody will always try and ruin it for you. |

Oh my god mate, you really aren't having much luck are you ![]() In regards to the scrathes, I've recently tried a couple of people's cars with the DA polisher, but the best you can hope for is to tone them down so they're not blatantly visible. The polishing will take the sharp edges off it and you won't notice them as much. Short of a respray, there's not much that will sort it I'm afraid if it's down to to white of the primer ![]() |

Dr Colourchip could indeed be an option. Would take a while to get it right but yeah, that would help remove it. Hmm, speaking of which I have to do a couple of stonechips with that. I think it would work on scratches too! Sure it does in fact ![]() |
