2)strip the interia,
3)send to the panel beaters for a week and a half or 2,
4)get back and refit interia and a deceint dashboard,
5)rewire new boot lid
6)fit another set of mirrors
7)renew wichbone bushes
8)get cambelt changed
9)get new tyres
10)change disks and pads
11)renew tax
12)get mot-ed
13)wire in my sub set up....


all intime for ford fair 2011!!!

for what it costs and the ball ache of fitting the bushes its much easier to jus replace the lot mate

but if i use power flex, when there done, there done pritty much arn't they? plus if i cut the studs off and replace with high tensle bolts i canput fresh ball joints on when nessasary so i hear??

I'd also polybush everything. With the additional firmness you'll be placing more stress on the other bushes.

Not read the replies, but what you have planned should be do-able.

We built the Fiesta Pickup in between FITP and FF using only weekends.

9)get new tyres - tyre fitter, hour tops
10)change disks and pads - hour
11)renew tax - trip to post office
12)get mot-ed - in and out within an hour
13)wire in my sub set up.... - do this with the interior fitting

i realised that does seem a bit ludacris that i need a whole day, but i meant i know ill end up having a loadddd of other shit to do, will be my first disc/brake pad jobby so might take a wee bit longer?

how much are they? cba ringing parts shop to find out wont be above £50.00 surely?

12.5mm axle spacers
Big end bolts fitted
New steering wheel in
Remap
Then get it to where im booked in 2 days before ford fair and hope its all done by then!
