Im looking at another motor to run me round day to day, and either store Si for track/show/for sale

If im getting one cheap enough id like to keep the Si stored with respect to the prespective to buyer, as i have spent lots of time and money on her, if i do need the money though at least it would go to a high respected member :)

Between 5-7k i know what im looking for BUT thought i would ask what others would buy with that money

Oh and btw FSi now doing 35mpg :)

S3's are nice

Problem with "Ze German" cars though is they are a little bit boring. Too reliable, too comfy, too grey. They are a bit like Tomato Soup... lol

Yes an EP3 would be a good choice! Or go older and get an EK9/EJ9. Or get a DC2, or perhaps a 5 if you can get one cheap enough.

Must admit, if you could get a Mk1 FRS that would be a MUCH better buy than these gay Mk2 Focus ST's for the money :P /controversial

Plus I would support you. That's coming from an Ex-Frenchie, NewFound-Jap Lover (had to capitalise).

Of course, I find MK2 ST's gay purely due to the bang per buck. Dude at work nearly bought one after finding nothing else that took his fancy for months, and had his Mini Cooper that he was about to part exchange in, before I he spotted and test drove an FN2 Civic Type R in the same dealership that was £6k more. Needless to say he got into more debt as he had much more fun in the Type R.
