i'm dieing to get my hands on one... since i am now a fully pledged Ford head, i feel having another Ford will secure my place with the good old Ford ;)

won't be buying one anytime soon, however i would like to know the in's and out's of them so when i do get some pennies together i can sort one out :D preferrably as a runaround so i can do my to my beloved si.

Probably, it's a ford lol. My grandad used to have a ghia one
But i can't remember if he had any problems or not.

What would be slick is a 1.4 ghia 5dr, poverty spec or chrome bumpers, slammed to the floor, 13 silver steelies or capri pepperpots, de-backbox it, and a banging stereo :D

Yeah mate. Although i think mk3 is nicer decked. But mk4 is still lush :)
Same bodyshell, so mk3 chrome bumpers should fit

I would ADORE a Mk1 one day, but who wouldnt I suppose :lol:

Really like the Mk3 and Mk4 shape too though, as you say, add some Mk3 stuff if you want some retro coolness or add RST stuff for fast looks :chill:

I had a mark 3 and i loved it. same shit as all fords though, rust on the arches. I had it for 3 years though and sold it for a profit :) for its age it ran sweet as a nut and hardly had any trouble come MOT time, only wish i had kept it.
