i have been looking for a online ford parts catologue with price's cant seem to find one. they are all price requests, just trying to price a freshen up for my engine gaskets etc.. anyone know one.

It's not the sort of thing they release on the internet. Just pop into your local Ford dealers and quiz them. They're usually pretty good. Most of the gaskets are pretty cheap and it's always best to buy Ford with something like that. Think a head gasket is £30, ISCV is about £4 so there's your two extremes. :)
