So lets say I could buy one of these.. http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=a Notice the silver one has a dent in the boot. but lower miles and cleaner. The blue has an exhaust (which i see as a bonus ![]() Which would you guys go for? I REALLLY want a blue one, but if i found a good one silver was my second option. Also what would be the best things to check and ask when looking at Zetec-s's. any common faults that are easy to notice? |

I see no Saxo or C2... confussed... what other choices are there? Sorry really I would go for the silver, overall lower mileage wins (you can add other parts but can't change mileage) and there is too many blue ones so be a bit different. |

Yeah. I like both. Love blue but I can definately love silver as well. They are quite far away but not too far. It's hard to find a good one in my area overall yeah silver seems better. Hmmm, Common faults with these too look out for. Rust and leaks obviously. |

i like the blue ones most of all but lower miles and cleaner (well looked after) condition wins, a "loud" exhaust and 6x9's fitted gives the impression of it being screwed by a boy racer most of its higher miles. I know its very tempting to buy a car you really went as soon as you see a one you like but if you aint 100% sure its how it should be or have a slight bad feeling it worth holding out . . . . maybe for a lower milage clean blue one? |

Possibly, but there hard to come by near my area, low mileage, well loloked after, FSH, blue and standard. Lol its a biiiig ask really, will take a long time for one to pop up and by the looks of things this is the same but silver. I've always been fine with silver as it has blue interior I hate red, and the black is bad because is got red interior. But i'd be swayed towards the silver its in good enough condition, knock some money off for the dent and waheyy |

look out for: abused rattly smokey engines rust on door seals, arches, sills, even A pillars! crash damage from over enthusiastic driving/dodgy panel gaps/overspray buy on condition ![]() |
