Anyone know of any places that will do custom CNC milling, need 2 exhaust manifold flanges cutting in stainless steel (10mm), 2 different manifolds designs, so one of each.
I don't have drawings, but I have exhaust manifold gaskets that I can send for them to use.

Tried google etc with no joy, just wondered if anyone had someone local to them.

most mainfold plates arnt milled but just plazma/lazer or water jet cut? whats it for i also on a few kit car forums and most combinations of manifolds have been done seem around £25 each, i got my zetec one cut from a gasket for £18+P&P

QEP if they can do them will have one of the flanges on record at a guess, as I need a GTi/VTS one and the others is a nissan S14/15.

Milling/laser cut meh same thing!

Who did yours for £18? Need them for a little idea I've got.

i got mine cut in 6mm steel by shorttrack, i sent them a card board pattern which they then cut from, only thing to remember is when cut comes out slightly smaller so did need some work
