i know its been asked time and time again but my insurance up in march and im torn between a few companies. my current insurer directline are arseholes wont let me mod my car till im 21 yada yada yada and i paid £1400 for the year. i have no claims from a motorbike which most companys take into consideration also a year from my current car, i got a quote from elephant of £680 for the year fully comp just wondering does anybody reccomend some good companies?

that sounds good, im with swiftcover.com and paing £1500 for the year with no ncb and a non fault crash and half fault crash.

There's no such thing as a "good" insurance company. It's a total lottery what they will charge you, and how they will act if you ever need to claim.

So try everyone with exactly what you may required from them and hope you never need to claim.

Ive had good quote with Flux before, Highway, and I'm currently on some Green type insurance where they asked if I wanted to pay more to ofset my emmisions

Cheaper Fully Comp on cars for me now, which is sweeeet.

Although, I hate all insurance companies which say it'll cost say 30 a month, but then when you get it through the post, its 39 a month due to interest! grr
