have a heavy clutch and break pedal?? compared to the corsa and the mrs's golf my new fez has a rock hard clutch to the point where im thinking it could of been upgraded!! I dont remember my other fez being this heavy and so was wondering if all si's were the same!! |

Is it the travel that's stiff, or does it bite extremely hard even when trying to be smooth? |

My fiestas clutch was but only when the new clutch cable was on it might loosen up in time |

Thats the difference between hydraulic and cable operated clutches, hydraulic are lovely and soft, smooth and easy to use, cable are a bit stiffer

its just the travel mate thats stiff, it doesnt snap on/off at biting point so i dont think its a paddle clutch just maybe a decent normal one!!!! |

mine has eased slightly but just after i had the paddle clutch fitted it gave me left leg a good work out

My paddle clutch was a right mare too get use too! But since having a nice new cable fitted bytow good mate alex its been silky smooth,but still a mare at times.lol |

I think mine isnt to bad to be honest but the brakes are shockingley crap! and the pads and discs are new along with the drums and shoes |
