Hi All, Having recently blown the gearbox in my 206 up, but needing something to do daily miles, I have bought an old '95' Fiesta SI, 1.6 It was cheap and has a few bodywork issues that I will attend to in due course, the interior is pretty much immaculate. My first simple question is this, one of the front light glass lens is smashed, the light still works, but I want to replace the glass before the wiring gets soggy! Their appears to be a ring around the outside of the lens, does this unscrew, or does the unit come out from the rear. Thanks for your help guys. Have a good one. |

Welcome to the site!  The foglight surrounds are a c*nt to get off! There is a screw underneath that is always rusted up and seized. Best bet is to get it soaked in WD40. I ended up having to cut and drill mine out!! Once the screw is out the surround just pops out from the bottom. You cant just replace the glass on the fog as it is a sealed uint. You have to get a whole new fog. Check the parts for sale section of this site to get hold of one!

Well enough wine, and the fog lights (or 'foghlight' as I appear to call them) cease to be an issue Chris, it's the driver side one that has gone, how much would you want for one? Cheers Mick |

the car im breaking has 1 proper fog light the other has perspec lense on it |
