heya peeps iv decided to completly gut and rebuild my si and would like peoples opinions on everything body wise, im leaving the engine for now but i want to respray the car and maybe a body kit but the only kit i like is the combat kit or should i do a rst rep or rs kit with si bumpers im really stuck and would appreciate everyones help lol.. big thanks

My opinion. Waste. Just drive it and enjoy it as it is. Otherwise this will be an unfinished project on eBay in 12 months. |

So it's not really a rebuild then as that would takes months and be off the road. Just slap RST skirts and arch spats on it if you wanna add to it. Get rid of the crappy Si spoiler and drop an RST one on it. Basically make it look like my old one. Haha. I'd worry more about keeping it clean than trying to 'do it up'. |

well tbh she is pretty clean iv not found any rust yet theres a few dents n dings but im gonna do them decide what bits im adding and primer the whole thing etc. iv heard that scooby lights fit is this true or is it hear say |

No rust? I find that very hard to believe! Get the dents and dings sorted then. Nothing worse than seeing a car all rippled! Who's gonna spray it? Don't say you. |

its your car so its ultimately up too you in the end what you want from it, as long as you like it thats all that matters!! but imo either some RS accessory skirt( quite rare) and si bumpers or RST skirts and arches and si bumpers or RST skirts and arches and RST front and rear bumpers or just leave it standard as i love them when they look standard, 2.0 it and leave it looking like a sleeper

think this depends on what you want, if you want it immacualte go ahead strip it and do everything if you want a quick job with rust etc just sand back the majority slap some sealer on it and spray it it will take a couple of years to come back through, but im more of a fan of oem but i have a massive soft spot for standard bumpers ford alloys and deckage! lol |
