The bloke says in there that a saxo vts is "just crap" which we know it isnt lol But Dave its true he's soo right Erm, olly do you mean is the ST any good? Opinions vary, meilack on here had an absoloute nightmare with niggles on his off here when he got a brand new one But then i bought a brand new one back at end of 2007 for 2008 jan delivery Had no problems with it and it shut the mouths of the doubters when it produced above average power figures at our RR event, so its pot luck it seems Mine produced 154bhp standard proven, and then added a K&N and catback and went back again and it was 163.6bhp proven As for handling same old bloody good, ride was a bit rough for my liking and the MPG was really rubbish lol but hey Thats why i got a focus, cause it does everything but much better end of

yeah ment the st you didnt think it was the best car out there like this bloke then lol he recons you can get 40mpg he does go on alot about the saxo vts and corsa but ive got some mates who have had and got 106 gtis and they are really quick for air filter and exhaust and had one with a st with stage one mods and he couldnt keep up with them at all. and who ever his mate was that crashed into the lamp post must of been going some for it to end up at the gear stick |

mine wasn't that bad  good car, i miss it still, it was fun to drive  more room then a vts/gti  and its also a few years younger but at the end of the day, they all pale in comparison to a CVH Xr2i

Part of me is considering fixing the Saxo, love them or hate them they are very quick, puts my C2 to shame in many respects but the C2 so so much nicer on every other front. All depends what you want in life I suppose. |
