my old boss used to sponser one of the fiesta si's in that tournement he painted and repaired it when it got stuffed! got loads of pictures on the office wall! |

| Post subject: | Fiesta Si Motorsport |
This one was taken at the Formula Ford Festival at Brands last month, the two Si's were fighting for the class A lead and overtaking two class B Zetecs that were having their own battle. The Si's they use have the 1.6 engine replaced by the 1.8 130ps one out of the RS1800, plus about £1500 worth of rollcage and chassis strengthening. I work for the championships organising club (BRSCC) so maybe next season if anyones interested we could organise a group trip to watch a round at Brands / Snet / Donington or wherever's closest for most of you? |
