the usual saying goes the more u spend the better the condition usualy but there are dodgy ones around so b carefull id say for a top dog one about ?800 ish but that will b a good one then it goes down but some ppl have spent about ?50 and the cars ok ![]() |

i payed a grand for mine 3 years ago 60k on the clock full history its exactly the same now plus a few mods and its got 79k on the clock worth about 800 quid but like he said you can get some cheap ones look on ebay |

i personal wouldnt go for the cheap one's, rust tends to be a problem,i like to see history n'all, i bought a bent mk5 zetec-s for ?3500, instantly regretted it, felt sick driving the damn thing! sold on ebay for ?2000 ![]() I payed ?1500 for my first si, it was mint with 50k fsh etc, i paid ?800 for my current one, spent some money doin suble mods to it, put 10k more on the clock (64k) and am lookin to sell it for the same price (alloys and stainless etc) ![]() just dontrush into things and you wont get stung! ![]() |

Spend about ?1K on one, with electric pack, low milage, with full service history, and check all the arches, seals, bottom of doors and tailgate for any signs of rust. Check all the whole car for dings and dents too. If your keeping your mods simple get a K&N for under the hood. External mods, change the side indicators for some smoked or clear ones, and change the rear clusters too, (NOT Lexus ones though). get a set of 15" or 16" Alloys and maybe look in to RST\XR2i Skirts and arches. |

YEP SOUNDS GOOD i should have about ?900 to spend i want electric windows power steering ect so i will keep looking for a good 1 |
