350lb/ft is easily do able on a 150spec turbo. He'll have about 150-160bhp standard which could be upped to around 200 with a simple chip/remap/magic box. BHP is irrelevant though. Once it's rolling there's little that could keep up in gear. Max torque is at 1900rpm so from 20mph he'll be gone! |

was damn fast whatever it had done, tried to find one that smoked so much on youtube and couldnt. I get the impression that the higher tune a diesel is in, it tends to puff out more smoke? |

Went in a mk1 leon cupra tdi 150 with a revo remap and pushing near on 200bhp. Very quick and good mpg. That's what I want for my next work car. |

Smoke is excess deisel. I do want something tastey with a VAG 150 TDI engine in tho.. remap and have the torque chew up the clutch ![]() ![]() |
