recommend any good roads?
Personally, after reading in autocar a few years back that tiff needell recommended it as one of the best roads in the country, i like the A339 between Basingstoke and Alton

any where in wales beats england hands down methinks. the scenery and windy roads rule. yes, im english and live in england. |

Welsh roads are really good, but its the speed cameras around every bend that ruin it!

Couple of weeks back I went to Llanbedr via the M54, then the A458, and that was one hell of a road; twisties, scenery, hills, mountains, up, down, side to side. Wasn't so much the speeds you could get on them, more the scenery that was awesome. Shame I wasn't in my car though
