If you remember not to long ago I had a rant as my other halfs car was broken into. We got a letter today saying they have caught the chav  It also mentions that they will be going court and we should keep receipts for costs, does this mean why might get the excess paid for the window back? Either way happy days you chav scum

Ahh, result!  Not often you hear something like this, so congrats on that! I'm sure any costs you had to pay out will be refunded. Not sure exactly how it works, but why should you be the one to lose out on anything when they've got the scumbag who done it!

I do believe you take them to the small claims court to get your money back. Nice to hear good stuff about the rozzers everynow and again!  Bring back the Stocks!

Hardly "pissing on my parade"... bit of an odd statement  End of the day, when my stereo got nicked on New Years Eve a few years ago, I would've taken the scum getting caught and paying back any amount over the wanker getting away scott free. Granted, it's hardly justice, but it's better than nowt. |
