We got a letter today saying they have caught the chav

It also mentions that they will be going court and we should keep receipts for costs, does this mean why might get the excess paid for the window back?

I'm sure any costs you had to pay out will be refunded. Not sure exactly how it works, but why should you be the one to lose out on anything when they've got the scumbag who done it!
