im sorry to people who found theirs tricky but it really is a piece of piss.. hardly worth taking.. i wouldnt worry about revising too much, go in with a level head and stay cool afterall mine was quite relaxed.. be LOGICAL, thats the only thing you need.. "an old lady is walkin over a zebra crossing.. do you: -beep her and wave ur arms like a spaz to make her hurry up -hurly abusive language at her -wait patiently -run her over" (example) |

the problem i think i had was the opening window on the hazard awareness. as i never clicked as soon as i saw it, as i thought the software may be a bit more relaxed on it and give you a second to see then click or something and i didnt want to click asap as i may miss it being too early.. and the dont click to many times rule is balls. i just didn't trust the software in the exam, and after using it and passing on it, its very stupid in my eyes. |

(agreed) my impression before i touched the theory stuff was that on the perception you would click on the hazard (i.e woman on bike) and it would have allocated "hot spots" for example its a very poor test and i can see how you could fail it on that as i nearly did (think 1 mark within set limit) - if your not careful and get to a hazard quickly you lose that point from what ican tell. just be suspicious of everyone - and their dogs too ![]() |

Back in my day we never had to do hazard awareness ![]() But for the theory, I used old test papers I aquired. Had about 12 sheets, with all the questions they asked. Of course, it had then changed to computer screens, but it was pretty much the same. When I got to the test place, I was sitting waiting to go in, looked around, and EVERY other person had their heads buried in books cramming in a last 5mins of revision. ![]() I just walked in a passed ![]() Got 34 out of 35 though ![]() ![]() |
