Whats your favourite modified car of all time?
Mine is Eddie Rattley's aka RatDat Datsun 510 which although it might look pretty standard it cetainly packs a punch with a 1.8 Turbo from a Nissan Silvia.

taxed this from classic ford site, its a minter. 
im a fan of subtle styling and low-key mods. although i do appreiate a good paint job  some of these wild maxed motors are not to my taste but the workman ship is always top cock.

Ferrari as a dream car, but being more realistic, love Seat Leon Cupra R's, Kicking out a 1.8 24V Turbo @ 225BHP Standard on later models. Pictured below, lowered on 19" rims.

Mine is the Jenspeed/Julian Godfrey built, Norwegian owned blue WRC Escort Cossie that was recently featured in PF! Followed a close second by the owner of that car's mate's BDA engined mk1 Escort, yum! After that I'd have to say the black Mk2 owned by another Norwegian guy seen going very sideways all the way around the track at Gatebil! Hmm, Sean Bicknell's grey Escort Cossie is lovely as well or any nicely modded Porsche 911 (993). Can't choose just one - they all have their own merits

personally, got to be this banging 1.1 nova kitted out with splx audio, chrome spinner wheel trims, led washer lights and colour coded sustrip, ill try and get a pic but its so damn fast, he's pushing 230 brake with his rage exhaust.

No I didn't mate, the only time i've seen it in the metal was at Retro Cars Shhow last year, hopefully i'll get up to Japfest this year too though! |
