I bought it based on four main things: 1. Had a great interior (gotta love those jigsaw raven padded seats) 2. Had a great bodykit (looks a lot more modern than the blocky old XR/RS kit) 3. Was group 8 insurance, unlike the XR/RS's which are group 12 or 14 I think 4. You get all the electric goodies, power steering, sunroof etc for just over a grand. Not bad! I think the car still looks great for it's age, almost like a modern car. The performance isn't amazing but handling is good, I'm getting a bit too old for its student/boy racer image so will probably sell it within a year and buy something big and Japanese. |

Tbh its a first car.. I couldn't commit to spending big money on it like a lot of people do. When this one goes pop I'll get a ZS keep that until I can insure something with a turbo.. T4 turbo. |

i dont like the look of most cars under the ?3k mark. and the fiesta standard isn't my cup of tea, unless its a turbo or 2i. i like the si apart from the front bumper. but anyway.. i like the fiesta because it is the only real car i like the interior of strangely enough. it has that nostalgic and good feel to it. (call me mad, bovered) as for the outside with a few mods to make the bodywork slightly more smooth then i love it. as for the engine, its cheap to fix, ford are very popular and it's relaible if a little old and you need to remember to look after it and not expect it to be like a brand new car. |
