Was a nice one though, and i didnt mind the drive back in a new car!

i wanted the si1.6 but i may not be able to locate one so whats the closest as then i can fit the si bumpers ect? whats diffrent between the si and other 1994 fiestas? |

hi mate some ghia models of the same age are 1.6's and the si body kit will fit straight on but they are harder to find than si's where abouts are you located to as someone might be selling or know of one for sale personally i would be prepared to travel. i travelled 250 mile round trip for mine |

go on auto trader, select ford fiesta and put in your postcode and select like 20 miles id the fervest your travel and i gurentee loads will come up

Very fast. Well thats your first lie right there  Are there any pictures, as they say, pictures say a thousand words. And you cant judge the condition of a fiesta without examining the rust situation. |

Check out the sills and the rear wheel arches for rust. These are the most common places on the fez. If the sills are bad then it will probs fail its next MOT on these. Also generally check other areas like bottoms of doors etc. Don't rush into buying one, there are plenty of good examples out there so if it isn't that good, walk away. A better one will come along

also lift the carpet and check for rust on the floor pan in the foot wells |

yea you are best of to travel to find one, i live down in devon and to find the perfect one i travels in total 9 hours going round the country to find one and now got a stunner, |

at the end of the day, the best car may appear a 3 hour drive away. i would happily drive that, in the knowledge that my money went the best way, and i have the better car for it. |

id say hold out untill a 1.6 comes along as you get the edded extra of the wingback seats and afew other lil extras and a nippy little car, 1.6 si is only 1 group more than the 1.4
