fort i got fords out of my system....... but by the looks of things that aint happened on the look out for a frst, looking to buy in feb-ish times. i feeeeeel the neeeeed for boooooost! bored of slow dubs! |

well missed my si ever since i sold it and was thining of getting one of those again. but then for ill hav a look at insurance on a frst, and its not too bad really not great but ok! so for duck it loved how my si drove ok it had lots of work on brakes and suspension but i can re do it all make it stronger, faster.... so i think by feb i should be able to get one. would hav been driving 2 years by then. wish i didnt wait till i was 21 to learn nows!!!! wanna get a mint one tho if i get one, not going to buy the first one i see...... like normal! need to be able to keep up with my mates106 s2 rallye that we are building up at mo 1.6 16v sipercharged beast! so thinking frst would be the best thing really parts are easy to get, parts swap from other models etc etc. then get a car in workshop as a rwd project so the frst will be a dailydriver!!!! if i can get to work in 9 mins in my 1 ltr polo 54bhp how long will it take in a frst??? prob bout 20 mins. im still looking for that one car i can stick with , think it should hav been my si now  after all the other cars iv had, rx7's passats, golfs gti's, polo's........ the list goes on. i loved my si the most! just need to find the right one really.... the hardest job of all! |

shame you couldn't of bought russ' old one  just haveto keep an eye out for a decent one, i'll keep my eyes peel'd too  do like frst's

You're gonna get dicked on whatever Ford you buy You'll need a solid 170bhp+ to keep up with a breathed on 106  Get a 20v in that Dub and you might give him a run.

im bored of dubs! and the 20vt aint so easy to do! costly mainly! the money to 20vt a mk2 golf, spent on a frst i could see 350bhp+ |

yes they may all be quicker, but when you work out running costs and servicing then there is an issue over a FRST, and usually if something goes wrong it is not an easy fix. FRST is cheap fast motoring (if you can get round the rust issues!!) |

i very much dout insurance on any of them cars apart from the starlet would be very friendly to someone who has only been driveing 2 years aswell i say go for the frst as they look gorgious! i was looking at them on ebay and i was thinking of buying one in white

i would love an evo but mr insurance man wats 3 grand! and well i dont hav the sort of money to waste on insurnace alown! not a fan of thos starlet turbo things. |
