Hello everyone, I have just bought a ?95 Si 1.6 as a little run around while I?m getting my other car sorted out. I have just been to Halfords to get some new oil, oil filter, air filter, rocker cover gasket and some plugs. Hopefully this will keep the car going for a little while. First impressions is that it seems a good little car for ?900 and insurance is dirt cheap at just a snip over ?200 fully comp as well. What is the reliability like? |

Not too bad. General wear and tear mainly with mine. Never missed a beat on a freezing cold winters morning. Things I've replaced are, exhaust, dampers, bushes, lower arms...nothing serious and then general servicing items. Remember cam belt @ 70k.

Welcome mate, you could have bought mine for just a little bit more... 
Si spoilers are fairly cheap second hand, but they all tend to lose their colour... bit of 'back to black' will sort it out temporarily. |

supose you could mould a fibreglass surround which sits over it? that quite a good idea me thinks
