IMO I've never been a fan of private plates. So it's a no from me.

im also in agreement with des. regardless of what car they are on i think they look naff. my mum was going to buy me one for my 18th, a 1.1 mk2 fez with a private plate?

I think they are for rude boyz, ponces, millionaires and big egos. However saying that I have a few decent friends with private plates. They love being called all of the above and then some.
Do it for yourself - if you have to have opinions, then you care about what others think on something that should be personal choice alone

I say yes to the private plate. I've got one and i think it's great!
Only thing is, whats with the RO08? Just cause that's what it is now? Couldn't you get your initials or something that meant more? |

I think there only good if you can get a decent one, ie short or unsusual. My dads just got xxx VXR for his new Corsa VXR. If you get one with 7 numbers and letters (ie Nxxx ADE) would anybody know its a private plate. |
