Nah mate ive been to Farnborough branch before and the service was crap, ive only had service from there once and got good service I decided to try bracknell and they seem much better, and because i live in camberley and work in Ascot theyre a little tiny bit closer 
When my car arrives, despite wanting it so much im going to fully check it over just to be sure!

Feel for ya mate, it is a piss take. Hard to just get things straight. If the dealers just said, look it will be this late, then its ok. But its when people start mucking about that it fs me off. Im having new engine fitted to my car, place about 80 miles from me. Anyway, I tell them that it has a burnt out valve, but I was assured that this wont make any difference to the surcharge over the phone. Anyway I get up there, and they decide to tell me that it may affect the surcharge. How after driving 80 miles Ive been put under duress to accept it. Anyway I made my postion clear that I will not pay a surcharge, end of. They then told me it would take 2-3 days to do it. So I planned my time round work etc. Anyway, I dropped it of to them monday morning, just phoned them for the third time and Ive been told that it wont be ready till monday to pick up. 
So now Im looking at cycling 28 miles over the weekend to get to work and back, and 40 miles on monday to get to college to hand some coursework in. PISSED OFF. |

no hitches, ka seems fine. got to ring in the morning about the split paint told them i wernt to happy with service! I feel for ya about your engine, that really is a pee take! |

They are fixing the split paint on the door.
They said they are going to rub it down and fill it in i dnt care as long as it dont rust

when she's sorted i can concentrate on my own car  Idiot thing i did last night
Car was locked, opened the boot to get kirsty's stuff out and dropped my keys, didnt realise and shut the boot (and i have no spare)
Hence me being a bit pissed off (  )
So i had to ring the RAC and get them to come out and break into my car lol Solenoids for central locking are soon! |

i was more embarrased then anything and the rac man had to explain to the police we wernt breaking in i had locked my keys in lol (they pulled up as we were doing it)
