Well, it has a little bit under one of the skirts, but it's not structural, bit of surface rust. The chassis itself is as solid as a car half it's age!

Someone should stick in a B18 in a Mk3 Fiesta safe 300WHP when turbocharged from 197BHP, then up to 500WHP with uprated internals, then 500WHP+ requires a sleeve.

I might plonk a vtec into a fiesta at some point, wouldnt be that hard, not much bigger than a zetec

New mounts obviously, custom driveshafts, then the hard bit is wiring.

Ry, are the gearboxes cable or hydrolic?? Inlet on front or rear of engine?

Well the inlet at the rear helps things, no bulkhead mods to fit a turbo.
Hydraulic clutch not a problem, as if you cant run a Ford servo/brake bar jobbie it would be peddle box time anyway.

If I ever get a driveway or garage again I'll fit one in a small ford... ka.. fiesta..

back to the aurgument of 130-300 from a cvh, thats amasing if you consider the cvh is more than 30 years old and a 1.6...

people struggle finding 260bhp from the new 1.4 turbo and thats a clever little enigne

i want that Vtec turbo Anglia from classic ford a few months back

Id rather stick a honda lump in something over a zetec anyday.

Zetecs are shit unless you throw 10k into them!! Which then defeats the point, as none of it will be standard.

Any engine which you can just throw a turbo on and make shit loads of power gets my vote all the time.

I cant begin to tell you how impressed with Ry's Teg I am with the turbo on it! It's so quick, and the wheel spin is a lot less than I thought it would be!
