also: i personally know someone who had a 220bhp + 50bhp shot nitrous throttle bodied puma and it went like shit!

its not the engine as such, its the gearbox and drivetrain.

ring vibra tech and get some mounts made then mate

yeah but then i duno what to really do now though, puma engine (rebuild it) few mods then throttle bodies few thousand pounds worth of work, or the st conversion where the engine is £700 just the ecu and wiring loom is £1200 then rebuild on that your talking around £4000-£5-000 then the supercharger even stage one is nearly £2000, so i duno quick simple cheap but very effect or long term very expensive and made power grrr i duno lol

You'll be pleased with a racing puma engine, pretty cheap too so I'd just do that for the
cheap option.

dont really have a budget to be honest the money will just come in from my new job money wise i should'nt really have a problem just need to decide what i wanna do,

i did think about the fiesta turbo conversion but it doesnt really appeal to me really.

The st money like you said its a serious amount of money and also it will take a hell of a long time where as the puma engine wouldnt take that long and wouldnt be to expensive.

I know the puma racing engine is basically the 1.7 with cams, i thought it even had the ported head but apparently it doesnt.

Na im ok money wise now i got a job etc i pay £170 off my loan a month and about £50 off my credit car £100 on insurance leaves me with plenty enough money for engine bits ie to rebuild the engine i get pistons big end bearings etc etc
