Well, I suppose the usual stuff applies:
Service first, get a good base to start from (plugs, leads, oil/filter changes)
Air filter
Exhaust (both allow engine to breathe a bit easier)
Lowering springs/full suspension (depends what you can afford)
Body mods (usual things include XR/RS skirts and arches, Cossie splitter, ZS rear bumper - but this is down to your own taste and how far you want to go)
New wheels if you dont like yours?
Head unit and sound system
White dials
Rear lights (RS Accessory, copies of these, clears, Lexus - but not too nice looking the Lexus lights for the mk3)
Cant think of anything else at the mo, but always remember, mod the car to how YOU want it, not how others think it should be done. Personally, I wouldn't go for the light brows, but its your choice.

just bought an Ash Black Fiesta 1.6 Si For peanuts and had to use bits of my old 1.3 fiesta to get it right but now in good workin order and lookin standard apart from some unknown alloy wheels i have which i was thinking of getting powder coated in white and a k+n induction kit.
