I had the kit on my Si and quite a few people off here have/had too. Just make sure you get the full kit (shocks and springs) rather than just springs.

Its a good budget kit, I noticed that the ride was quite firm. But it did improve the handling quite a bit, less body roll around corners, roundabouts, etc. I'll never forget the first time I drove it after it was lowered, felt like a go kart! :lol:

is it a really hard ride even with 35mm drop?

so i will feel every tiny bump in the road. as it goes i already do anyway.

Id never buy them again, ive got Gmax Kit on my Si, for some reason the front end was slammed to the floor and it scrubbed like fuck even with 14s on but the back was still in the air.

Ended up cutting 2 coils off the back before it even looked lowered and had to change the front springs for some Spax 35mm items and its just acceptable.

It is bumpy as fook, and i havent bothered to get my tracking done i have to keep an eye on the tyres as the roads round here will bang it out within a week :(

i had that kit but wasn't happy with how low it was so i changed the springs for 60mm but i regret that cause 60mm has been nothing but problems but i had no probs with the 35mm kit it was easy to fit and i think it is a good product for the cash, but i'm changing mine for coilovers later in the year with adjustable camber wishbones!! :)

i have heard good and bad things about this product.

i think for 35mm its good for the pric and does the job.

but does anyone else know another suspension KIT that would be better for under £220?

i think mine has g-max on it. very good handling, the ride is perfectly smooth, but what do you expect.

MallardSi - You should NEVER, yes thats a NEVER, chop coils off. it's such a dangerous thing to do. mind, judging by previous posts i'd say that settles well with your mechanical skills.
and FYI the fiesta does sit higher at the back than front.


i want to drop mine 60mm but i aint buying new springs just to try it, want some secondhand ones, if it doesnt catch then i;ll buy new ones
