Was at a track nite tonite at Knockhill circuit, that was organised by our car club

It was a members only track nite , and we had plenty novice drivers on track for the first time, including my girlfriend driving our Focus RS

I caught up with her round the tight twisty stuff, but for the life of me could not get by her on the 2 long straights at Knockhill, much to my friends and her enjoyment, took a bit of a slagging. Damn those Focus's should have bought her a Vauxhall

cheers guys, thats the car getting put away for a couple of months, have a wee break from cars for a while, also the focus is now declared sorn for the winter

Yes the girl in the car was the guy who runs our website girlfriend, and i did laugh when i seen the video for the first time, you just cant hear a thing in the car when its on track, very very loud inside the car, but thats part of the experience

Focus RS is 300bhp and 350ibs /ft torque

Fiesta is 220 bhp and 180 ibs/ft torque

The torque is whats pulling the Focus away slightly on the back straight

gonna plot around in the mondeo in the sig for winter isit?

The mondeo ST tdci is my daily runner, its a great car, ticks all the boxes for me, and great for towing too

was a good laugh at the track nite , we had plenty girls on track on teh nite, and they thoroughly enjoyed it

FAST FORD covered the nite for us too, so will be in the magazine just shortly

bloody nora. i agree with the mondeo st. had to chase my gf home when we fell out and flagged one down. scared the shit out of me lol. i will defo be after one when i start a family. prefer them in the imp blue though
