cant you just contact the seller on ebay to say it hasnt arrived, it may not have been sent or the address may have been slightly wrong. Also I know on ebay when i sell an item i always get proof of postage just incase something goes wrong, the seller may have done this for their peace of mind and he will be able to tell you when it was posted and where it was posted to.
