Hey guys,

Just fitted a 2.0L Zetec in my mk2 XR2, i'm in need of an induction pipe to connect my throttle body and MAF, thought someone here would know if a Fiesta Si K&N banana pipe fits the 2.0L throttle body?

Hi, a K&N banana pipe will fit onto a 2.0 zetec throttle body but the other end will not fit a 2.0 zetec MAF, you will need an adaptor to fit the bigger MAF

worth noting, you can make the other end fit the maf with some force... (heat!)

I heard some people with track slags have just 'pikeyd' it by putting a slit or 2 on the pipe and joining it with a jubilee clip and electrical tape to stop leaks lol

Best cold air intake to get IMO is not the one i have, but the one that gave me inspiration.
Basically a 90degree silicone elbow from the throttle body, length of pipe and then another 90 degree elbow or 45 degree, maf and then intake. - You do need 20+mm bonnet spacers though if you don't want a nice dent in the middle of your bonnet when you shut it lol

Mines the same principle, but after the maf i have a SS 'F' tube with 2 double cone filters on... fook me is it loud haha.


I think the best intake to actually have is the standard box, drilled with a panel filter.
