is a mondeo 2.0lt mill a straight plug and play in my 1600 si :thumbsup: :) :thumbsup:

not a straight swap mate, but theres not many things you need to do.
i wrote them down somewhere but cant find it now :doh: but off the top of my head you need:
deep, desk or dewy ecu, (will run on 1.6 guru though)
1.6 sump
1.6 alternator and bracket
1.6 pas pump
1.6 ex manifold
1.6 flywheel
1.6 waterpump
you need an inlet manifold from the 1.6 too but apparently the 1.8 high output (HO) inlet is best off the rs1800 with throttle body
hope this helps!

edit: dont forget to use 2.0l maf too if your usin the ecu :)

and the wiring as my other fez has a 2.olt in it but i did not fit it

nah mate, you dont need the mondeo loom, after youve swapped the 1.6 bits onto the 2l it will go right in :thumbsup:
