hi i would like to spray my alloys as they are in desperate need of a tidy up, i would love a black metallic sparkly colour, can anyone recommend any paint to do the alloys as i think it maybe a specialist paint i need or i could be wrong, i would prefer to buy from ebay, or halfords,, but halfords can be too pricey, and the last time i went there they were useless, lol thanks so much x

Just get some on ebay. A can for each wheel, (about 500ml) As long as you get a good four or five coats on there. I only did 2 coats and was tight and it shows lol

i think what i may do is get rid of the alloys and put four normal wheels on then i can go for the chrome trims which is what i really want,

spray your alloys, trims look poo lol

Wheel trims.... Fail thats just cheap plastic and looks terrible with steelies poking out behind them

lol you lot, i had a look on ebay and theres too many black metallics spray paints and none of them say ok to use on alloys lol, i give up, all i want is black sparkly alloys, xxx

They won't say there ok to use on alloys, they just will be, Get some primer, some black paint (ANY!) and some lacquer and start spraying!

if you send em to me i can spray them in that sparkly paint you like. i know of paint supplier that does custom colours basically do you want just gloss black with the likes of chrome/silver flakes etc??
