as some of you know i went to orlando and miami on a holiday this month i went thinking i was going to end up with a chrysler sebring convertible as the hire car. when i went to the desk at alamo car hire i asked him what convertibles have you got then? he said we got chrysler pt cruiser convertible or a sebrings ....i said to him any mustangs ? he said would check for me so went round the back and i was in luck!!! 1 brand new 2010 mustang had just come in cost a little bit extra on top of the sebring price but it was so worth it, and my dream of driving a mustang was finally going to come true!!!

but anyway heres some pics, it was only a 4.0 v6 but it still had plenty of grunt i did a total of 1024 miles in the 2 weeks i had it from daytona beach all the way to the end of the florida keys staying 2 hotels 1 in orlando on international drive and the other in south beach miami and with gasoline at $2.69 a gallon to fill it up made it even more awesome!!!

what a lucky person you are phil to drive a mustang but also the very latest one out as well. bet it must have been brilliant. cant wait to get myself the GT390 in highland green (the bullitt one) one day. be just like steve mcqueen. lol

yh mate it has to be a 1968 GT390 and a must be in highland green to. otherwise it is not classed as a bullit mstang just a ordinary muscle mustang. not a bullitt one.

awesome! my brother lives in canada he had a 95 mustang 5.0 v8 he said it was EXTREMLEY arse end happy when he pinned it in the wet or dry lol

it felt awesome i had never driven a left hand drive vehicle before but was fine turning right on a red light felt wierd lol, power felt good altho it did seem to enjoy lighting up the rear tyres most of the time lol, not sure what in total it cost as with the travel agent i had the price of the sebring included with the holiday the mustang was an extra $50 a day which was half price plus i had to pay $25 a day for being under 25 years old

These things are seriously nice.
Saw one when I was younger and its always left an impression.
2000 reg (I assumed as it looked brand new and that was the year I saw it) Mustang GT in black (4th gen)

Lucky you getting to drive one on holiday. I'm just a little jealous and can't say I blame you for not wanting to part with it.
A bloke in Croydon imported one of the newer 5th Gen one (same as the one pictured but colours aren't as nice) and everytime I see it my mouth hangs open its gorgeous, Especially when it has the roof down.

The new revised model in 2011 looks the business.
Although I'd take the new GT500 for definite. 5.4l 4V V8 supercharged. Its worth the risk of death in a fiery car crash

I remember when you bought some parts off me, you were telling me your plan to one day get a mustang, now at least you've got a bloody good idea of how it'll be
I really want to go to the states at some point but it's soo bloody big, I don't know where to start lol
