Yes still got the Focus, been working on developing the car past year. Runs with a fully forged , engine with headwork and cams, and external oil pump kit etcc..... . Had it live mapped at Sabre Tuning in Bristol and has 3 maps low medium and high, with a big HP figure of 422bhp and 407ftibs, goes well lol.

Still doing plenty track days, and went to Spa Francorchamps in Belgium last year with it, was mega, some good videos on You Tube chasing Porsches and E92 M3s

good to see your still as mad about Fiestas Terry.

I tried to buy back my Fiesta a couple of weeks ago. Its been lying with a knackered engine after the new owner ran it low on oil and ran the bottom end destroying the crank and conrod. Engines now out the car and being rebuilt by a good friend of mine, so may be back in action for 2016

Cheers buddy! Ive been a bit slow with updating this thread tbh as not much has got done !

right so it's about time i got my finger out and updated this thread :D

sooo from the last update a few bits and bobs have happened

i bought a neptune connector for my engine loom

ImageIMG_20150828_172333 by onslack, on Flickr

i modified a fiesta si throttle bracket to fit on my bodies

ImageIMG_20151020_154002 by onslack, on Flickr

got my injection tank ready to be fitted

ImageIMG_20151110_193518 by onslack, on Flickr

i popped out a plastic bung under the rear bench and fed the connect for the fuel pump under the car, the bung fitted perfectly into the now open hole

ImageIMG_20151107_161230 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20151107_161202 by onslack, on Flickr

i then dropped my old tank

ImageIMG_20151107_153027 by onslack, on Flickr

injection tank fitted

ImageIMG_20151111_203600 by onslack, on Flickr

gave the battery tray area and support bars a lick of paint, fitted the rad (which leaks) and coolant hoses

ImageIMG_20151115_120928 by onslack, on Flickr

i bought and fitted a new header tank

ImageIMG_20151121_113601 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20151121_124940 by onslack, on Flickr

ive also bought a wideband and egt set up for when the mapping starts

ImageIMG_20151119_093748 by onslack, on Flickr

spent a bit of time mounting a 2wd cosworth fpr and a fuel filter

ImageIMG_20151112_111029 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20151111_203624 by onslack, on Flickr

over christmas my loom was started, much love alex :D

ImageIMG_20151218_085547 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20151218_112546 by onslack, on Flickr

i choppped a hole for the neptune connector so i would be in the right place for the xr2 glove box

Dash is back in, just need to get the relays mounted and the ecu secured and back in place

ImageIMG_20160131_145540 by onslack, on Flickr

connected the ecu up and checking things before she fired up on the button

ImageIMG_20151223_180006 by onslack, on Flickr

short video of it firing up with no exhaust and a misfire

https://youtu.be/CF5YMXDlGn4

got my breather fitted , but im not happy with it so it's being re done

ImageIMG_20151223_174150 by onslack, on Flickr

I've also get a set of 888's ready to go on some pots

ImageIMG_20151217_140021 by onslack, on Flickr

I made a start on some det cans too

ImageIMG_20151204_122705 by onslack, on Flickr

got my xr2 arb drop links fitted

ImageIMG_20160124_154622 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160124_154642 by onslack, on Flickr

the fez is currently having its exhaust sorted ( the back box is just resting in place on the rubbers in this pic)

ImageIMG_20160212_161853 by onslack, on Flickr

I've also collected this little stash from mr c6rwn

pot's with A048's, adjustable front end, another mondeo sero, xr2 shafts, steering wheel with a snap off boss and a few bits for my brothers xr2

ive got another fuel system to fit as well, so the system will be redone with quip fittings

Thought it was about time i updated this

The fez was sent off around January time to have my exhaust sorted out by a local company to me, i had a egt and wide band bosses welded into the manifold while it was there as well as a flexi pipe

ImageIMG_20160219_101200 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160220_134931 by onslack, on Flickr

while the fez was away getting the exhaust done i ordered up some an-10 fittings for my breather and rocker cover, i had my spare rocker cover sent off to be converted and the breather had the fittings welded on

ImageIMG_20160218_114048 by onslack, on Flickr

my airtec rad also arrived while the exhaust was getting finished off

ImageIMG_20160218_114152 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160224_120900 by onslack, on Flickr

ordered a new rocker gasket, some crackle paint and a an-10 converter for the rocker cover

ImageIMG_20160224_121215 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160224_121716 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160225_105614 by onslack, on Flickr

got the fez back mid Jan from having the exhaust done

ImageIMG_20160301_171310 by onslack, on Flickr

had a v-band added to the mid section to make removing it a bit easier

ImageIMG_20160301_185920_2 by onslack, on Flickr

then moved onto fitting my snap off boss and wheel

ImageIMG_20160301_202959 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160301_202913 by onslack, on Flickr

ordered up some new brake hoses front (and rear)

ImageIMG_20160302_093102 by onslack, on Flickr

wrapped the manifold too

ImageIMG_20160305_112004 by onslack, on Flickr

fitted my airtec rad and the manifold back on too

ImageIMG_20160305_124551 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160305_150433 by onslack, on Flickr

test fitting/routing the breather hosing

ImageIMG_20160305_153352 by onslack, on Flickr

sprayed the rocker cover and touched up the breather too

ImageIMG_20160313_113632 by onslack, on Flickr

fitted

ImageIMG_20160313_162312 by onslack, on Flickr

hooked up my throttle body balancing tool

ImageIMG_20160318_205006 by onslack, on Flickr

alex and i had a minor tinker with the map to get it so i could drive it, check my ghetto gauge holder

ImageIMG_20160319_143604 by onslack, on Flickr

got it idling perfectly in the end

ImageIMG_20160323_113000 by onslack, on Flickr

mid map tweak with the plx wideband going and my LM-2 hooked up ghetto stylie too and the balancing tool just chilling on the windscreen

ImageIMG_20160323_112538 by onslack, on Flickr

shall update again once i've uploaded some more picsn :wth:

i then found my my 1.1 mc/servo was completely shagged as no brake fluid was getting to the passenger side front or rear

sooooo out with the old 1.1 shizzle

ImageIMG_20160408_194731 by onslack, on Flickr

in with the mk1 mondeo mc/servo, i also tucked my breather behind it nice and neatly

ImageIMG_20160409_200352 by onslack, on Flickr

then went onto the remove all the 1.1 brakes and fit my wilwoods

ImageIMG_20160411_201107 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160414_194032 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160420_182455 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160420_194808 by onslack, on Flickr

fitted new drums, wheel bearings, xr2 rear cylinder

ImageIMG_20160610_160636 by onslack, on Flickr

bled the system with RBF600 fluid..... WTF!!

ImageIMG_20160423_132750 by onslack, on Flickr

did all the prep work for my mot, emissions on a base map that we knocked up in a chicken shed

ImageIMG_20160430_094341 by onslack, on Flickr

alex spent a few hours cleaning the fuel map up on the road, i sourced some bits to make a home made set of det cans and another friend sorted me out with a cable connected to my standard knock sensor so we could work on the ign side of things

ImageIMG_20160530_001816 by onslack, on Flickr

LM-2 connected up for mapping duties

ImageIMG_20160414_191008 by onslack, on Flickr

Home made det can V.1

ImageIMG_20160504_201451 by onslack, on Flickr

sadly the car is so loud on full chat that you cant hear any det so we left the ign side of the mapping alone

in the mean time i ordered a set of harnesses

ImageIMG_20160601_104731 by onslack, on Flickr

got them fitted

ImageIMG_20160610_205642 by onslack, on Flickr

as id done a fair few road miles i dropped the cheap oil i used to flush everything out with and replace it with decent stuff

ImageIMG_20160610_193848 by onslack, on Flickr

got some track plates sorted too

ImageIMG_20160503_171156 by onslack, on Flickr

ive also sourced a set of xr2 steelies and gave them a lick of paint

ImageIMG_20160903_170735 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160909_115949 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160909_125826 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageIMG_20160910_135030 by onslack, on Flickr

i've managed to complete at least 1 track day in the fez so far ( which was my first ever track day) , it was awesome ! got 1 more lined up before i drive it to the nurburgring

few pic's from my track session and a slow video of me out on track as i was black flagged for noise on my second session

ImageMS1_1761 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageMS1_2078 by onslack, on Flickr

ImageMS1_2794 by onslack, on Flickr

my black flag

Image4E6BA1F33756D2BB1B30462B517528A9 by onslack, on Flickr

youtube video

https://youtu.be/7m1BEIGHogk

next steps for the fez over the winter

-fit my swirl pot and external pump
-run new fuel lines
-fit a fuel pressure and oil temp sensors so my ecu can see what's going on
-have the sump modified for a oil return for the breather and a oil temp take off
-replace rusty bonnet

that's about it for now
