Oh really? Must admit i haven't seen any in years, not been on here either until now so wernt sure anything was happening with the SI's. The guy at the garage where i took it too said he had a couple people looking round and would be interested in buyingit as they hadn't seen one like it before so was quite chuffed. There becoming a bit rare maybe then?

The 2.0 conversion is easy enough, just done mine, bit of a pig if you leave the box in, better to take them out together! First engine conversion I've done but if be confident doing another now, put 1500 trouble free miles on it since!

Cheers on slack :) Got my cousin who's a mechanic on board to help me so all good. Joey you mean the gear box? Going to swap it with an RS1800 gear box i got, as i read that are better for this conversion. How long did it take you?

Yeah mate, the 1.6 box is good for acceleration, I can keep up with 182's and Type r's until about 4th gear, then they pull away. Conversion took me and my mate 2 days, one day pulling it all out, one day all back in, wasn't too bad should take a lot less if you take the gearbox and engine out together. Main difficulty was how tight it was, we had to take all sorts of pulleys off for it to clear the inner wings haha
