Hey, just because I haven't been on here since before Christmas, doesn't mean I have forgotten where that ban button is!! :P  Who gave you a pair of bollocks for Christmas??

But I can't agree with comments like "Jap cars have no character", especially when they've been based on one type of Civic  The Pulsar has more character than all of my previous Fords, but I do believe we've had this debate before. It's down to personal preferences, experiences, and nostalgic values which determine character (as well as many other factors). But no way do I EVER drive the Pulsar and think "Meh, this has no character".

And it's Japanese...

Fair comment mate, I'm only judging this on my experience of the civic and the jap cars my cousin has owned. always been a fan of the Pulsar 8-)

Haha don't worry about it dude, there's a few of us here who have moved onto other cars and a few of us are Jap boys, doesn't mean we don't like Fords or other cars though.

Just means we know better :P

From the moment I picked up your book until I laid it down, I was convulsed with laughter. Some day I intend reading it.

Well this thread is productive, it seems all the energy from countless aeguements of ford vs jap has been directed into peoples mothers.

Your mothers so fat that she has her own moon.

Well should any one care, The guy i sold the car to got into contact, he kept it for a while, and loved it, sold it when he had a child and the guy he sold it to managed to get it impounded within 2 days and never claimed the car, so no doubt a lovely MINT SI has gone to the crusher. Sad really
