i couldnt stay away for long as i missed my old white one a little too much :red:

so ive taken on a project which is going to be a cheap track toy :D

i kept pretty much all my old xr2 gear off my old mk2 so thats all ready to bolt back on, all the car needs is a little bit of welding and a lick of paint ( nothing special)

so i'll let the pic's do the talking

before i collected it

I almost forgot you was doing this project! About bloody time you started a thread for it lol.

Should be an awesome little car when it's done! :D

Did it not come with doors, boot and a bonnet?

i wasnt planning on doing a thread as i thought people were bored of my waffling

it should go like stink and should be better and more solid than my last one!

i need to get -

1. Engine mount modified
2. Clutch and ztece/cvh flywheel
3. Gearbox ( going for an ib5 box with a S2 lsd from the box i bought off paul :halo: )
4. Sort out an idler for the water pump to switch its rotation

management wise it'll be running on an emerald k6 ecu which will eventually have a set of TB's bolted to it :D

http://www.emeraldm3d.com/k6

im working towards getting the welding done and it painted at the mo :D

Wheels - 13" Pepper Pots wrapped in Yoko A539's

Brakes - for the moment they'll be Xr2 brakes with decent discs and pads, until i can find something that'll fit under the 13's

Seats - not sure yet, might chat sam up for his S2 seats :D
